The next meeting of the Tura Beach Neighbourhood Watch will take place on Wednesday, March 3 at 4.30pm in the Meeting Room at the Tura Beach Country Club.  All residents are welcome and are encouraged to attend.  Our Guest Speaker this month will be a representative from the NSW Fire Brigade who will talk on precautions we need to take to ensure our safety during the upcoming winter months.

With summer almost over and welcome rain having fallen it is timely to think about fire safety in the home in the coming winter months.  We recommend this simple safety checklist to help keep homes fire safe this winter.  Make sure you and everyone in your household follows the following safety advice:

  • Most importantly, have an adequate number of suitable smoke alarms installed throughout your home and make sure that you test them regularly.
